The album is made up of collections of "NC" in the period 1983-1999 gg. Previously never released on CD. The project was finalized in 2002 in the studio "NC".
The album used quotes and phrases: Dan Spataru, Stas Namin (Gems), Morozov and Obodzinsky, Edita, Break Out, Beach Boys, Mireille Mathieu and other sounds 60s, 70s, 80s, voice, TV, Radio, we first positron brain (invented in Leningrad in the late '70s), artificial intelligence, early 80's (developed in America) and a poem by Louis Aragon.
